Main & Measure collects only the information reasonably needed to answer inquiries, plan website projects, provide service, maintain customer relationships, and keep our systems safe and reliable.
Information we collect
When you complete our intake form, use customer support, or contact us, we may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, service area, business details, website or social links, project goals, and the content of your communications with us.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, prepare and deliver services you request, remember relevant customer context, maintain project records, improve our services, prevent duplicate or incorrect communications, and meet legal or security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Automation and AI-assisted service
We may use automation and AI-assisted tools to help classify inquiries, preserve customer context, draft or route routine communications, perform quality checks, and identify when a conversation needs human attention. We design these systems with safeguards intended to prevent repeated messages, stage regression, fabricated business facts, and inappropriate automated commitments. Questions involving uncertainty, complaints, sensitive account matters, unusual requests, or higher-risk decisions may be escalated for human review.

Retention and choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-transactional messages.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a small online service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should never send passwords, banking credentials, or other highly sensitive secrets through ordinary email or chat unless we provide an appropriate secure method.
