Service Terms

These general terms explain how Main & Measure website projects work. Completing an intake form, asking a question, or receiving a recommendation does not create a paid project. A project begins only after the customer accepts the applicable written scope and payment terms.

Scope and pricing

Our standard public starting offer is a $299 website setup and optional ongoing care at $49 per month. Final scope, included pages, features, revisions, delivery timing, and any additional costs are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. We do not add undisclosed project fees or recurring charges.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and content they have the right to use. Delays in information, approvals, account access, or third-party services can affect delivery.

Revisions and care

Included revisions and ongoing-care work are limited to the written scope. Major redesigns, new pages, ecommerce, custom software, paid advertising, and third-party fees require separate approval unless expressly included.

Payments

Payment timing and method are shown before the customer accepts paid work. Filling out an intake form does not authorize a charge. We will not intentionally charge a customer for an unapproved add-on or begin a new recurring charge without disclosure and acceptance of the applicable payment terms.

Cancellation

Optional recurring care may be cancelled before the next billing period by contacting Main & Measure through our published support channel. We do not require a customer to call a retention department or complete an intentionally difficult cancellation process. Service already delivered is not refundable unless the applicable written terms or law require otherwise.

Customer assets and access

Customers remain responsible for and retain their legitimate business information and accounts. We do not use a customer's domain, business content, account credentials, or other legitimate business assets as leverage to force continued service. Third-party platform ownership and export capabilities remain subject to those providers' rules.

Automation and communication

Main & Measure may use automation and AI-assisted tools to support routine communications, quality checks, and workflow routing. These systems are not authorized to invent customer facts, create undisclosed charges, or make high-risk commitments outside established rules. Customers may ask for human assistance when needed.

Results and third parties

We aim to improve clarity, professionalism, usability, and the quality of a customer's online presence, but do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or uninterrupted third-party services. Domains, hosting platforms, payment processors, email providers, and other services may have their own terms and fees.
